Dish It

I love hosting! It’s a combo of getting to decorate a table, an excuse to buy fresh flowers and, of course, spend time with my closest friends and family! Spring has got to be the best time of year (and then Christmas) for decorating a table. It screams flowers, pastel colors and vibrant patterns. However, I know hosting isn’t everyone’s favorite and can be quite stressful when you feel ill-prepared. So here are a few of my go-to’s for creating that perfect tablescape!

Buy her tablecloths and napkins. Just do it. You won’t be disappointed and easily one of the best ways to tie a table together.

Repeat after me - MIX AND MATCH. The Murano glasses are to die for, but also quite a bit on the wallet. Just buy a few and mix with less expensive glassware on the table.

A style icon and one of the classiest people I can think of, it’s no surprise her tabletop collections are also perfection. Her salad plates (check out the lettuce ware!!) are the perfect addition to your simple white dinner plates.

Per my usual decorating rules, every space needs a bit of rattan. These glasses will fulfill your rattan dreams.

Currently a wholesale only company (I got you ;) ), however if you find a store that carries them, they have my favorite plates and placemats. A bit of whimsy and a ton of style. And Mark SIkes just came out with the prettiest collection with them!!
